9.2 Orders can come from anywhere, but the delivery address must be in Cyprus.

10 PRICE AND DELIVERY CHARGES

14 CANCELLATION TERMS

15 EVENTS BEYOND OUR CONTROL LIMITS TO OUR COMMITMENTS

15.1 We won’t be held liable if we hit a snag due to factors beyond our control (referred to as Event Outside Our Control).

15.2 The Unpredictable Factor where an Event Outside Our Control disrupts our plans, we’ll reach out to keep you in the loop.

15.3 During this time, our commitments take a breather, and we’ll need extra time to catch up. If it impacts our delivery to you, we’ll coordinate a new plan once things settle down.

16 ASSIGNMENT AND TRANSFER

16.1 We keep the option to shuffle our rights and duties under the Contract to another entity.

16.2 You can hand over your rights or duties only if we give a thumbs up in writing.

18 SEVERANCE

18.1 Each paragraph of these terms stands on its own. If any part is found unlawful or unenforceable, the rest remains in force.

19 THIRD PARTY RIGHTS

19.1 It’s a pact between you and us. No cameo appearances allowed – third parties can’t enforce any of these terms.

20 GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

20.1 This Contract follows the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Both parties agree to submit any disputes to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nicosia District courts of the Republic of Cyprus.
